of congregations and their leaders

As the regional education program of the Minnesota and Wisconsin Conferences of the United Church of Christ, we equip clergy and laity for effective leadership and provide learning opportunities for the theologically curious.

Clergy & Members in Discernment

We offer a robust schedule of training for anti-racism, anti-bias and boundary awareness for authorized ministers and courses and training for Members in Discernment from any Conference of the UCC.

Lay Leaders & Learners

We offer practical training in the skills and tasks of congregational leadership for lay leaders as well as a range of programming for theologically curious lay learners. Discounts offered for members of the MN and WI Conferences.

Team Cohort Working Space

We can house cohort space for your UCC working group or team, with a secure space for virtual conversations and materials. We currently house a UCC Faith Formation and Youth Leaders cohort, the Great Lakes UCC Region Creation Care Team, and the UCC Lay Led Congregations Working Group.

The course moves through Scripture’s persistent call to care for the immigrant, and asks ‘what does it mean to preach good news when immigrants are denied dignity? How do we teach children and youth to recognize the stranger as neighbor? How might the church embody justice that is practical and prophetic?
